Fight the decay.

You can’t stop it. You can fight it.

Coaching.

This isn’t a workout program. It’s built around you — where your body is, what you need to work on, what you’re trying to accomplish. The goal most of us share: a longer healthspan. Keep doing the things you do now, and do them better as you age, instead of watching them slip away.

It’s a physical and mental challenge. I’ve been at it a long time. At the end of the day it’s up to you — but I can help guide you.

What it stands for

Become Enfightened.

Skip a few days and you feel it. The body starts breaking down — skin, eyes, everything goes soft and watery. That’s the decay, and it never stops coming. You’re sliding down a hill. You can’t stop the slide. But you can claw against it — slow it down, and some days even climb back up.

Enfighten is what you become by fighting it. Forty years of martial arts — karate, jiu-jitsu — forty years of yoga. Not grinding blind: showing up smart, reading your own body, hard days and easy days. That’s the part four decades teach you. More good years. A longer healthspan. Earned, daily.

I’m 62 and I still train every day. Karate, jiu-jitsu, yoga, BMX. Every day’s a battle. The hill wins eventually. Not today. Fight the decay.
